Zaffron Enterprises Pvt Ltd is planning to set up a new cement plant in Khonmoh in Srinagar. The project involves setting up of cement manufacturing plant with a capacity of 200 tpd (66000 tpa) with an investment of Rs. 354 million. As of May 2018, the project is in planning stage.
