JSW Steel is planning to set up a modern color coated steel facility in Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir. The project involves setting up of coated steel manufacturing facility with a production capacity of 120,000 tonne per annum along with special lines to produce ‘steel sandwich panels’ and ‘steel doors’.
The project cost is estimated at Rs.1500 million. The land required for the project has been allotted by the Union Ministry.
As of October 2021, the project is in planning stage.
